Kway Rio Dawn Jacket

Have sent in a k-way jacket for repair which the feathers have sagged, my jacket was sent for repair and traced the entire process without feedback, after enquiry i have received the wrong jacket “small” instead of my XXL and they traced my jacket only to find out that it was still in cape town.

My jacket was then sent to woodlands branch if pretoria and received it after two weeks and found that it was never repaired.

Now not having my jacket for the winter nor any feedback from their branch or head office
