Kway bad quality as usual

So i love Kway and their jackets, Over the pass few months ive bought 9 in total however there is always some kind of issue with the jacket, The 1st one i bought was fine, the 2nd one is the pp650 which i had issues with the zip i took it in for repairs however it is still a problem till today the zip still splits open whenever i bend over or put to much pressure on the zip.. nevertheless the last one i bought i think is the ultimate low, so my brother was in canal walk cape union mart when he saw the jackets and he called to ask he should buy it and i immediately said yes so he purchased 3 blue Rowan Eco Down jackets when i got the jacket i immediately noticed that the Medium felt different a bit bigger then the medium in my pp650 also i saw that the jacket did not have a shine like the others however it was more dull anyway i went back to complain but they just kept telling me theres nothing wrong with the jacket and i wanted to change it for a small but they said there is no stock and they cant say when they will be getting more stock. Anyway a few days later i noticed the extremely extremely bad workmanship the stitching on the left arm was totally messed up i couldnt believe it and it was so embarrassing. I then took it back to cape union mart in canal walk to change it and show them the bad workmanship they had a medium hanging on the rack and it was just going to he a straight swop then the sales lady said to rather fit on the medium i was going to swop for because its "bigger then the other mediums" and god behold i fit the medium on and it fits like a large i was shocked that this is Kway the Kway that charges most jackets over 1000rand which is by no means cheap! They then look on the system for another small or medium in my jacket and after calling around no one had it in any colour in my size so the manager offers to give me a refund which i dont want because i dont want to take the business from kway but rather i say to him.im willing to add a 200 or 300rand and get me a similar jacket with a hoodie he says there is nothing in the price range he then says he cant say when he will.be getting stock again because the boxes arrives and only on that day they know what they have sorry to say but that is super unprofessional like some corner shop importing knock offs from china.. Anyway my point is im stuck with a jacket that is embarrassing to wear and its now my job to go in and keep checking if stock has arrived if stock will ever arrive so my money is down the drain and for me being a loyal customer it is sad to see that no one is even bothered that in these trying times you losing customers.
