K-way quality deteriorating

Good day,

I'm a loyal customer of your company and brand K Way. I only purchase it due to it being associated with warmth and good quality. In recent days though, I've lost confidence in the brand.

I've got more repair orders than receipts at the moment. Most of my warm gear is in for repairs and it will take 6 weeks to get back. It's in the midst of winter and I'm without my warm gear.

K-Way was meant to be used in extreme terrain and conditions. Hunting and hiking. I'm a scholar in a classroom. I've never been for hiking or hunting.

The stitches on 4 of my jackets are coming loose.

Firstly My 3 in 1 jacket's attachments to each other come loose (it's the third time I've sent this one in for repairs) (it's the older version)

Secondly, last Saturday (27th July 2019), I purchased a new 3 in 1 jacket from your Sandton store. That too is defective, all the feathers from the inner jacket was coming loose in a large quantity. This was exchanged for me this week (4 August 2019)

Thirdly, I've got a reversible jacket. The stitching at the bottom is coming totally loose. (sent this one in for repairs as well)

Fourthly, my rain coat too, the stitches at the cuffs are coming loose (not sent in for repairs as yet)

There are also a further two items which I've sent in

* The thinsulate gloves (merely a few months old). The outer lining is peeling off and the touch sensitivity has disappeared. (sent inl

* A k-Way backpack, the stitches on the strap is coming loose and the stiches and linings on the inside of the bag.

There are further a few more defects I've found.

- The stitching on the thermal inner vests and long Johns come loose very easily on the cuffs and shoulder-line (couldn't give these in as I use them throughout winter)

-The K-Way hiker socks tear very, very easily after two or three washes and a little bit of barefoot walking.

In conclusion I'm very, very upset and expect the quality on the products to improve. I'd also like this to be highlighted with the factory and manufacturers etc..

But, I have to commend the friendliness and professionalism of most of the staff at your stores.

Also the time frame for repairs need to be reduced drastically 6 to 8 weeks is a very long time.

This was also discussed on the 5th of August 2019 with Chané at the call centre at 1:12pm with reference number: ***9

Attached herewith are photographs of the repair orders.

Hoping for a resolution and commitment to better quality and service.
