K Way quality

Good afternoon I bought a K way jacket from Cape Union Mart rose gold. I rinsed it as per instructions. The jacket was seriously deflated. I took it back to the shop they sent it in and told me that it could take six weeks maybe even longer. The second jacket black K Way I wore for the first time today to my total disgust is loosing it's feathers. We went for lunch and I was embarrassed???? I saved to buy these jackets. So dissatisfied in the brand.
