K-way jackets logo coming loose

I bought myself a K-way jacket, because I thought I will give about more money (alot more) than I would for a other jacket, because it is an investment. Now the logo on the arm has come loose. I have tried to contact K-way self, but with no success.

I would please like some answers regarding this issue and what will be done to make this right.
