K-Way jackets handed in for repairs, have disappeared!

Two months ago we handed in our K-Way down jackets at the Centurion Mall branch of Cape Union Mart, to be repaired. We lead an active lifestyle and we had damaged our jackets. Mine had a tear on the sleeve that needed special repair, and my partner's had a small nick on the front. I paid R 500 upfront for the repairs and we were told we would receive the jackets back within six to eight weeks. It's been eight weeks, and Cape Union Mart are still unable to produce our repaired jackets. We've spoken to the store manager twice and he seemed at a loss as to what had happened to them. Our jackets were practically new. If Cape Union Mart cannot produce our K-Way jackets before the end of this week, repaired as paid for, I expect the store manager to refund me the repair fee, and to replace our jackets with two new K-Way down jackets from store stock, or to refund us the cost of our purchases, in full.
