K-way jacket not being fixed

I gave my K-way swan Jacket in for repair because there is a hole in my shoulder. I gave it in the 2 of February at Cape Union Mart Tygervalley, Cape Town. Yesterday 24 March , I called them to get information whether my jacket is done or not. They told me that they didn’t have the material to fix my jacket. That they will give me 40% off if I purchase another jacket. I told them that I want my jacket fixed, I don’t just have a 1000 rand to buy another jacket, otherwise I wouldn’t have brought my old one in for repair. The lady asked for the manager, and the manager told me that I should bring the bag that my jacket came in with, so they can try and fix it with that. Otherwise there is nothing they can do for me.

I just feel that, if they provide a service they should be able to fix my jacket. I did pay 250 rand for my jacket to be fixed. And then they didn’t even want to give back my money. Which they can’t do, because they did not fix my jacket.
