K-Way Down Jacket

I bought a black K-way Down Jacket a while back and all the branding has come off. I have another K-way down jacket (light purple) which has been worn much more with all the branding still on.

I took my jacket to the Cape Union Mart in the V&A where the manager agreed that the branding is not suppose to come off, but they will send it in for repairs. He could not say how long it will take, but up to 8 weeks.

Cape Union Mart's guarantee policy states that should a specialist deem that the item has let you down, they will replace it. NOT SEND IT FOR REPAIRS. I believe that if the manager deemed it necessary to repair it, the product has let me down and according to their policy it should be replaced!

Sorry Cape Union Mart, I won't support you anymore, as you do not stick to your word. What happened to our guarantee is our promise?

I've also sent an email to customer service more than a week ago, with no reply!
