I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff Baloyi at the Cresta Branch. I was disappointed when my hiking stick was damaged on my Otter Trail hike. I thought I would have to throw it away. By chance I spoke to Jeff at Cape Union Mart Cresta and he happily told me to bring back the stick (as it is their brand K-Way) and that he would do his best to get the stick fixed.

I was happy but nervous as I had a hike shortly and I wasn't sure whether to buy a new one or not so I asked that he keep me in the loop. He managed my expectation on the ETA and called me throughout the process to let me know how things were going. This week I picked up my K-Way hiking stick with no additional charge and I will be using it in my upcoming Otter Trail.
