Jacket return from Head Office in Cape Town
I honestly cannot believe the service from this store in Nicholway. Lies, lies, lies from Keenan. I am promised repeatedly my jacket is on its way and will arrive today/tomorrow for the last 4x weeks. I am promised calls back and never ever have received call back. But I am repeatedly calling the store.

A joke because it’s now 36x hours.
Seems like their guarantee is a life time for everything. Including receiving post service assistance.
