Jacket

I bought a pink down jacket last year, and the sales person at the shop also sold me the shampoo specially made to wash down jackets, so I did and I followed the instruction and my jacket came out all ruined, I took it to cum and after a week they called me and said that they are sorry I have to try and wash the jacket again to see if I have better luck. I have spent a lot of money support Kway brand and cape Union mart and this is the service I get. Well I will never buy another jacket from them again.
