<p>Ordered item on 19 December with promised delivery before Christmas. This didn't happen so On 24 December called your customer center and advised that I would be leaving on holiday on 29 December. Was promised delivery before then. Not surprisingly nothing happened and now the order has just been removed from my account. Plenty of messages and online ticket but I just don't get a response. I was assured that it would be allocated to a senior person and still nothing. </p> <p>Order number ********** 01</p>
