Impossible to deal with

<p>I tried to order a specific type of Keen shoe from the Rustenburg branch and was told they do not make them anymore. Shopped on line and fould a similar pair, phoned the branh and they told me there was 1 pair left in SA and that I could contact the branch in Northern Cape who would ship at MY cost. Made an on line enquiry and received the standard response that someone would contact me in 24 hours. 48 hours and waiting, no response to further enquiries. Phone the call centre NO REPLY. With customer service like this I am surprised this firm is still in business! I await the standard copy and paste apology with no further action taken if all the other reviews are correct.</p>
