I bought 4 jackets 5 months ago and after i washed one of those jackets twice it had 4 holes but the other jackets i still fine

I bought 4 jackets 5 months ago and after i washed one of those jackets twice it had 4 holes but the other jackets i still fine. I tried returning the jacket to capeunion gateway but i was told to pay R600 rands, i refused because i feel ****med, ****** and so disappointed how can i pay for same jacket twice within 5 months.
