HORRIBLE ONLINE PURCHASE
NO STAR WORTHIT!
Buy a voucher online "for convenience" ..... Biggest mistake, once again Cape Union doesn't deliver - to customer expectations. A gift voucher of R1000 purchase - an hour later and calls to customer care - and still NO VOUCHER! But THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE THE MONEY OFF YOUR BANK.... The second time this has happened where an online order is just a big mess up!!!!!
