Honestly the WORST service!!!
I complained on hellopeter on the 17th of March about an order I placed on the 14th of Feb. I never received all the goods I ordered and also did not receive my money back. Cape Union Mart rep**** and promised I will be contacted and the issue will be resolved. It has been more than 2weeks, still no one contacted me and still haven't received my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! It has been almost 2 months since my original query and NO response from Cape Union Mart yet. Unbelievable!
