Honestly the WORST service!!!
1:Long story short, this is my 3rd complaint about exactly the same thing. Nothing has been resolved and I still dont have my money back. This situation is ridiculous! Zainab has been handeling this for me after my 2nd complaint. I received R200 back ( the amount I'm owed is R250). I receive no answer when I email him. 2: I placed another order with the online shop #*** on 29 March which I also still haven't received. I've sent 2 emails so far to hear when I'll be receiving my order but no response from Cape Union Mart. I love this shop but absolutely hate the service! How difficult can it possibly be to refund someone??? It's taken more than 2 months now and I still don't have my money back!!!
