Greenstone branch Amazing service- Eastgate dropped the ball!

I just bought myself a pair of Nova hiking boots (Which are absolutely amazing value for money) and anted to express my gratitude for the service received from your Greenstone store. From the phone call to check availability to walking out in my new boots, it was a pleasure. Your manager and sales exec were extremely efficient and helpful! Thank you Greenstone. Just a pity you had to do damage control for the brand after Eastgate nearly put me off completely.

@eastgate please send your staff to Greenstone to learn to answer the phone firstly, To at least try make an effort to assist a client secondly, and to understand how it should be done.
