Great service - Paarl Mall branch
I returned my K-Way hiking boots to Paarl Mall branch... it had lost its waterproof qualities. Johan gave me the most professional and friendly service: he exchanged my boots for new, more durable boots. My boots were 7 months old already. Brilliant.
