Great service from knowledgeable salesman

Cape Union Mart at the Pavilion probably has the friendliest and most helpful staff as I have experienced today. I had called in and spoke to a pleasant gentleman named Freedom whom I had met shortly afterwards. he was absolutely professional and helpful in every respect and had astounding product knowledge. He already had the shoes I had wanted ready and waiting for me in different sizes to try on and still went on to inform me of other brands and shoes that may have suited me without the usual "forceful" attitude of most retail salesmen. He was patient and informative and above all friendly and helpful without creating the awkward atmosphere of compulsion that a customer feels at a retail establishment . Hats off to you for your outstanding service today. Kindly take the time to commend Freedom on his professionalism.
