Great Service from Jonathan @ Mall of Africa Cape Union Mart

I recently tried to source a Kway school bag and unfortunately the service from Fourways and Sandton City Cape Union Mart stores was pathetic and beyond any degree. I walked into the Mall of Africa branch and advised Jonathan what I needed (as the store didnt have stock). In less then a week, he sourced the bag I wanted and promptly called to inform me of it's arrival. Thanks for the great service Jonathan! You need to teach your colleagues from Fourways and Sandton City how to treat customers!
