Last week bought about R3,5k worth of goods from CUM. Tried on some size 10 shoes, were a bit big, asked for a smaller size to try and got a size 9 that I couldn't fit on, think they may have been size 8 but not sure. Got size 10, they turned out to be too big for me. Did walk in them and they didn't do particularly well. On the walk, my friend had the exact same shoe in a 9, I tried them on and they fit perfectly. So, took size 10 shoes back yesterday and even though there weren't in 100% shape, got a swap to a smaller size shoe - slightly different colour, but fit me perfectly. Not only that but shoes were on sale, so I got some money back. Very pleased, decision was swift and prompt, left a happy customer, have been telling others the good news - I did explain it was a favour.<br> <br> Anyways, 10/10. Stoked. Also got good assistance from (I think his name was Yaasim) when I was looking for goods - he gave me attention for a good half an hour while I asked him questions. Everything else I got from CUM - all good.<br> <br> Thanks.
