Great exoeruence at Nicolway

I had the pleassure of dealing with Sabelo Dlamini at your Nicolway store again this morning. He not only remembered the details of a conversation him and I had more than 2 months ago, but kept to the promises he made, and provided exceptional customer service to me this morning.

I do hope that his manager notices this comment and passes my thanks on to him. He has on a customer for life.
