Great customer service

After being passed around from assistant to assistant over the phone, I was a tad disappointed I wasn't assisted in the manner I was hoping for, till I physically made my way to the the store only to be greeted at the door upon entry wich really helped change my perception regarding their customer service & sharpened my overall shopping experience. I was really impressed by the mood of the store & how active the staff were in assisting me finilize my k-way purchase. Keep at it!
