Great Customer Service

I bought one of the water bottles with the spray function. A week later the spray stopped working so i went to the store. As I walked in the employee smiled took my bottle and asked me to take another one. No questions. No fuss etc. My loyalty is here. Don't remember the gents name. But he was white with a beard if that helps.
