Great Attitude, service & friendliness

Visited the store this afternoon and it was such a good experience. Friendly staff that greeted you and my wife went to buy a gift voucher and I was browsing at the light weight jackets. the lady that served me was so patient and helpful. When I went to pay my wife was with me and the lady at the till asked if she can pack the jacket in a small bag which I agreed to. She then proceeded to fold the jacket into the MP3 pocket. I told my wife look at this. The lady said did you see how it was done to which my wife rep**** no. She asked if she would like to see and politely showed my wife. Whilst walking in the mall I remembered that my son who had come home the weekend from the Eastern Cape, said he needed to purchase a new travelling bag and we went back to the Cape Union Mart and had a look at bags. Here we met Tracy again who we spoke to earlier in the shop and was most helpful again. It is really a good experience to visit the store.
