Great assistance received after complaint

I had a complaint, but Cape Union Mart assisted me immediately and also refunded me for delivery charges for the inconvenience caused. All businesses are not able to deliver as promised but when they correct the mistake made on their side and deal with the situation, that is what counts so thank you Cape Union Mart!
