Goods not delivered
<p>I have ordered a book at Cape union mart online shop, I called them and provided delivery instruction. I haven’t received my book. I’m in Cape Town and Cape Union Mart online shop is also in Cape Town. I have tried to contact the courier company and my call was not answered. I have asked if my booked could be sent to a branch and I will go and collect, I was told that I have to order online that option doesn’t exist. I paid courier service cost still don’t have the book.</p>
