Going the extra mile.
I returned a flashlight that I had purchased in December 2016 in Mossel Bay to the Cape Union Mart outlet at Mall@Carnival , Brakpan. It was sent to the Head Office in Cape Town for assessment. My broken flashlight an Led Lenser was replaced with a new item , no arguments or excuses ! I am very pleased and impressed with the exceptional customer service. Thank you Cape Union Mart.
