Going the extra mile

<p>Gavin at the branch in East Rand Mall is a customers dream. He went out of his way to assist us with finding the correct items for our trial hike. Just before the hike Gavin also made sure that the new backpack was sitting comfortably and that the straps were set correctly.</p>
