Going more than the extra mile!

<p>I was looking for a very specific sleeping, with limited stock nationally. When I phoned Baywest Cape Union Mart and enquired, they did not have in stock. They went out of their way to get a sleeping bag from another branch, helped me with long distance payment and ensured that my dad could pick it up without any hassles. They were always friendly over the telephone, did everything they said they would and were just a very efficient team to work with! Great service!!</p>
