Frustrated at getting no response

On more than 1 occasion I have inquired about K-way women's sandals advertised online. I have sent emails and have called 2 of the stores. I have yet to get a response from the numbers provided or from the emails.

I have noted that the sandals are not available online hence I have called two stores in the last couple of weeks (Gateway and OR Tambo) none of which I near me. I wanted to confirm availability before making arrangements to get the items.

Is the store really reducing prices as advertised? Do they actually have stock of these items (C****y and Cadence)? Or are the online adverts simply to get people to look at their site?
