Feathering like a Duck!

My Husband bought me a normal Black K-way Jacket for my Birthday in January 2020. I swarted to wear it 2020 winter for the first time. The feathers started coming out of my Jacket like there's no tomorrow. I went to Cape Union Mart in Stellenbosch where it was bought. They took it and apparently it was 'fixed'. My jacket did not only come back without the K-way badge but the issue was not resolved at all. Feathers comes out by my arms, by the stiching at the back etc. I am not even going to bother to take it back again cause it has been 3 years now. The slip is long gone and it wasn't fixed the 1st time. So why would a second time make any difference? I wanted to get me the longer lenght but I simply refuse to pay so much money for a jacket that will be a total flop. Please take a look at your manufacturing as you are supposed to provide the Best quality, yet you have failed me big time. It's yet again winter and I am too ashamed to wear my jacket as people constantly have to remove feathers poking out my jacket!
