FAULTY ZIP CANNOT GET REPLACED CAPE UNION MART

Bought a jacket and after a while the zip gave up. I phoned the kzn pietermaritzbeg branch to report and I was told that they can't help I assume he was stores manger and left my details with him should he be able to help. Several months passed we now end October 2024 and no one called back. THIS is insane service pathetic. What am I to do with a jacket that has a defective zip? Come on people I want some answers now
