Fantastic service from Jabu and Borris!

I would like to thank two of your employees for such fantastic service. The service that I received from Jabu at the Cape Union Mart Watercrest Mall and from Borris at Cape Union Mart Galleria Mall, was absolutely outstanding! They were both prompt, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

I phoned Cape Union Mart Watercrest Mall, and spoke to Jabu, looking for a Rare Earth Lilo slipper/boot size 5. Unfortunately, they didn't have stock and with winter being over she was unsure of when Cape Union Mart as a whole would be getting stock again. She quickly phoned Cape Union Mart Galleria Mall, as the system said they had one pair in stock, she reserved the pair of shoes and phoned me back within record time and provided me with Borris's details. Upon phoning Borris, he confirmed he would keep the shoes aside for me until I could get there that weekend.

I really appreciated their assistance and friendly manner! Definitely 5-star service!
