False advertising on delivery & Zero communication

I have tried calling, emailing, Facebooking and now Hello Peter for some kind of feedback from this organisation. I ordered an essential item online over three weeks ago and AS ADVERTISED is says "deliveries can take up to 3 weeks". Facebook says they respond within a day, i have had no response. Thank you for lying to us all on numerous platforms. It takes longer than three weeks, and there is ZERO communication should you request it. An automated response after 4 days is not communicating. I am so disappointed in this brand.
