False advertising and *******.

These people sell what they call an “auto” umbrella for R350. What arrives is a cheap plastic manual thing that is extremely difficult to open properly as it opens upside down (has to be seen to be believed) and then forced the right way around with huge difficulty. False advertising as there’s nothing “auto” about this thing and charged 5 x more than it’s worth - a cheap price of plastic that’s almost impossible to open should be no more than R50. Last time I buy something from this lot - a total *******. Just can’t be bothered to return them as I don’t have the packaging
