false advertising

Most disappointing online service ever recieved, ordered a BLACK Solamon trail running shoe, and received a very bright blue colour instead, emailed via the online channel and still not no heard back, the very next day the shoe was suddenly removed from the website, nowhere to be found. to top it off, when I opened the box to see the very bright blue colour shoe, the sole of the shoe was dirt too.
