FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Bought a pair of ‘wireless bluetooth’ earphones (as indicated by the website) from Cape Union Mart to go with my iPhone for R299. When the earphones came they were not wireless at all and came with an aux connector that does not even work with iPhones. I don’t know who, but I would definitely not pay R299 for wired earphones. It was bought on a company card, and therefore i cannot return them - but it’s their fault since they falsely advertised the product (They can definitely come and collect this **** with its packaging and bring me what I ordered). Are there not laws in place that protect customers in these cases? Their ‘customer service’ team has been looking into this for two weeks now.
