Failure to refund and collect item

CUM***0 I logged a return of an item over two weeks ago and despite begging them to collect and refund me still no response I have always shopped online with them but after this experience I will search for a new online store. Please can someone arrange for courier to collect my item so that it can be returned and I can be refunded
