Fading colors

Was deeply disturbed and disappointed by your mechandise my Partner bought me a pair of good looking tan Eugene sneakers but the problem was that the colors were running making it difficult to clean the shoe this was not a first because a year ago I bought some brown chinos which also had some colors running/ fading moreover on the front so my question is why are you people taking advantage of us because it's like you sourcing cheap low quality material and sells them at a high price so I need to ask you to atleast sell us durable staff that won't fade quickly
