Extremely unhelpful & disinterested

I was recently in Cape Town on holiday & made a few purchases at Cape Union Mart as I always do. Prior to leaving Cape Town I had a few items that didn't fit that I needed to return for a refund. As we were having dinner at the Waterfront I visited Cape Union Mart there to return the clothes. Unfortunately the store was extremely busy & seemed quite chaotic at the time (Friday 11th). I was attended to by Tembi who was extremely unfriendly & generally lazy. She had a look that said \I am tired, I would like to go home and I could not really be bothered with you\". I told her I was returning items & insisted she could not assist me as the stores speedpoint system wasn't working. I rep**** that I had no other opportunity & she would then need to do the refund cash. She tried to argue with me however a \"manager \" told her to do it cash. Tembi then took her time processing the refund with an extremely unprofessional and lazy demeanor. Other clients were complaining at the time as they were not being told about the system problem with the speedpoint until they arrived at the till and were only then told that purchases were cash only. HORRIFIC service all around."
