Extremely unhappy- 6 weeks to repair the glue on the cuff of the jacket!!!!

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a down jacket for over R2000.00 from Cape Union Mart in Cresta. Yes I have the slip!!!!! Yes I took care of IT!!!!!!!! as instructed!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The glue in the cuff came off. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was told I can expect six weeks to take to repair the cuff. Surely you can just reglue it?????</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a down jacket for winter and if I am lucky they will have it fixed in July???</p> <p> </p> <p>I took meticoulous care of it. I have the slip</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot belive how I was treated by the staff!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever ever buy anything from Cape Union Mart again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you explain to your staff I know where Cape Union Mart is from. I used to belive in suporting local !!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>6 weeks to repair the glue of a jacket. </p>
