******ion of a patient client

I intended to purchase a garment from the Cape Union Mart online store for R599 on the 24 July 2015 probably one day after the item had gone on sale. I was informed 3 days after my online purchase that there wasn't any stock available. I was then informed that the item would become available again but in a different colour. I was fine with this, opting for the different colour and continued to wait. Subsequently with all the waiting my purchase was then cancelled either by Cape Union Mart or their system. Now on the system alongside the order, there was and still is refunded placed. According to the online agent I should have received an email requesting my banking details for a refund. I then requested for them to reinstate my order since I do not want a refund. Then on 10 Sept the agent then said that there has been a price increase from the initial order of the sale item for R599 to R899. The only reason that I intended to purchase the item was because of the sale price. I am not prepared to spend an additional R150 even after the R150 voucher your company had sent me for the item being out of stock. Is this a subtle way of ******ing additional money from a patient client?
