Exemplary Service by Clearwater Team

In the past week, I have been to the Clearwater Cape Union Mart several times (and spent several thousands as a result!).<br> <br> I have received nothing short of stellar service from this team.<br> However, I would like to make special mention of a few employees.<br> <br> Sandra - Ever so helpful and extremely patient - she kept four jackets and two sets of thermals aside as I was not aware of sizes for myself and my wife.<br> <br> Thabang - This gentleman spent around 40 minutes making sure I had the right winter boot, at the right budget. Patient, and knows his products very well.<br> <br> Mogotso - She is great with kids and did a good job of distracting my toddler while I did some shopping.<br> <br> It is these kind of employees that will keep customers loyal to a branch even though they might find the same item elsewhere.<br> <br> Keep up the excellent work!
