Exceptional service

I've personally had a number of dealings with Cape Union Mart stores in general and the PMB store (Liberty Mall) specifically. On every occasion, I feel compelled to remark on the level of service received- certainly the highest out of any franchise I have experienced. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful without being pushy.

In particular, the store at Liberty Midlands Mall, PMB is exceptional, and the managers I have dealt with- Ashwin, Shannon and Brent- deserve mention. The lengths that they go to in order to provide a service is far and beyond what could be reasonably (or even unreasonably!!) expected.
