Exceptional Professional Customer Service

My wife phoned Cape Union Mart (Cresta) a few days ago to find out if they have a K-Way K-lite jacket Black for men in small. One of the staff members confirmed and kept it aside for her to collect today. She went to collect and they mistakenly gave a ladies instead of men. We only realized this when she got home. I phoned the store and the Assistant Manager David van den Berg was very apologetic and kind hearted, professional person. He graciously offered to come to our home and drop off the correct men's jacket after work as most of the other outlets did not have the correct size. I am exceptionally pleased with the gesture of the manager to go out of his way to come to my house to rectify the situation. I am inspired by David and I will stay loyal to the Cape Union Mart Brand.
