Excellent service from Matwill - Manager at Cape Union Mart Bayside Mall Cape Town

Hi Mat After several visits to the store, I feel I need to say thank you to you and your team for excellent outstanding service.

Every time I enter the store I always get greeted with friendly faces and help offered. Most of the staff in the store know me personally and when I enter the store they come to say hi. I have never left the store unsatisfied, even when I had to return items that had a problem. You even assist with the returns with the utmost friendly professional service that made me feel, Matwill got it, chill and wait for his reply. When others deal with the return I am waiting weeks, but when you have a hand in it, the longest I ever had to wait was a week....that is simply outstanding. You went as far as to personally deliver the fixed returns at my office which is mind-blowing good service as it is not happening in today's day and age. Two weeks ago I bought a hiking stick (as I need to permanently walk with a stick due to a balancing issue). You advise me first time with the right product that will work for me, but unfortunately, the stick was a wee bit too long. Your team did ask the factory if they can shorten it and the reply was no. You know how much I needed the stick and when I ask you if there is no other way you can assist, even if we break the stick in the process which would have been fine by me, because that was the only hope to saw off a piece and put the stick back together you said that you will help me. You personally came to my office, helped me to get the right size, took the stick and shorten it. The next morning even before I arrived at the office the hiking stick was back fitting me perfectly. That is beyond excellence service. I cannot say thank you enough as you fixed it perfectly and now I am able to use my hiking stick. Thank you again Matwill, I will never forget your service and I am forever the most loyal customer to Cape Union Mart. I will follow you wherever you go as I have yet to see another retail person provide such outstanding service, especially from a Manager as they normally not in the mood to help customers as there is the floor personnel to do that. With an attitude like that no one will ever beat your service. Please keep doing that because you have a winning recipe. Even people in my office is shopping at your branch because of the excellent service you provide which they have seen first hand.
