Excellent service - a rare thing these days

I bought a K-Way 60l travel suitcase about 2 years ago. Recently one of the wheels broke off on hitting a raised step at the airport. I took it to Cape Union Mart at Canal Walk to see if they could repair it, expecting to be charged for the repair. I was helped by Blessed Hinami who did the paperwork and really provided excellent and friendly service. About 2 weeks later, I got a call from her letting me know the repair is completed and at no cost to me. This is really good service!
