Excellent Service

I urgently needed a part for a Garmin and phoned Cape Union Mart, The Grove, Lynwood Road, Pretoria from Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. Charne Saaiman took my call, she informed me that they did not have the part in stock but would endeavour to find one for me. She called me back within 10 minutes and informed me that she had located the part at another branch, after discussion she arranged for the part to be delivered to my local Cape Union Mart within 2 days. I have never has such helpful and efficient service from a retailer, ever. Charne went beyond the extra mile to help me, she is an invaluable asset to her employer and should be recognised for it. Well done and thank you Charne Saaiman you are a credit to your employer and profession.
